Please note, registration fees for In Person and Virtual Attendance are the same.

The registration fee is the same for virtual and in-person because of the additional Audio Visual costs incurred for the virtual audience participation (ex. additional equipment, double the labor, increased bandwidth etc.).  The costs associated with hosting a hybrid conference are necessary to produce an effective event for remote presenters, remote participants, etc.  In addition, we have contractual obligations for rooming and food & beverage minimums at the hotel which we will not be able to meet due to reduced attendance and will face penalties.

We are actually planning 3 conferences, in person, real time streaming, and virtual post conference on demand, so the costs have been evenly split across all audiences.  When you register, you will have access to the post-conference on demand material, regardless of how you attend.
