Here is the list of important dates that authors should keep in mind as the symposium approaches.

• Wednesday, August 14, 2024: Submission site opens

• Sunday, October 13 October 20 (extended!), 2024: Abstract submissions due for regular oral and poster consideration

• Thursday, November 7, 2024: Submission creation due for Invited Speakers

• Tuesday, December 17, 2024: Abstract acceptance communicated to authors

• Friday, January 3, 2025: Late News submission site will open

• Monday, January 6, 2025: Last day for mentors to contact authors

• Wednesday, January 15, 2025: Draft manuscripts due to mentors (regular and invited speakers)

• Monday, January 20, 2025: Author Schedules will be sent

• Thursday, January 23, 2025: Late News submission deadline

• Friday, January 24, 2025: Mentors provide feedback to authors (regular and invited speakers)

• Wednesday, January 29, 2025: Author presentation instructions will be sent

• Monday, February 3, 2025: Late News author notices will be sent

• Friday, February 7, 2025: Final paper & eCF due from authors / Presenter registration due (regular and invited speakers - Presenting authors must register for the symposium)

• Monday, February 10, 2025: Late News registration & eCF due

• Wednesday, February 19, 2025: Visual drafts due to Session Chairs

• Wednesday, February 26, 2025: Visual feedback to authors from Session Chairs (Topic Chairs for Posters)

• Friday, March 7, 2025: Final presentation visuals and video uploaded to Underline site
