• Wednesday, August 23, 2023: Submission site opens

• Tuesday, October 31, 2023: Abstract submissions due for regular oral and poster consideration (Deadline is re-extended)

• Monday, November 13, 2023: Submission creation due for Invited Speakers 

• Friday, December 15, 2023: Abstract acceptance communicated to authors

• Monday, January 8, 2024: Late News submission site will open

• Friday, January 12, 2024: Last day for mentors to contact authors

• Monday, January 22, 2024: Author Schedules with Presentation Instructions Sent

• Monday, January 29, 2024: Draft manuscripts due to mentors

• Monday, January 29, 2024: Late News submission deadline

• Friday, February 9, 2024: Mentors provide feedback to authors

• Monday, February 19, 2024: IEW Poster Submission Deadline

• February 23, 2024: Final paper & eCF due from authors / Presenter registration due (Presenting authors must register for the symposium)

• March 6, 2024: Visual drafts due to Session Chairs

• March 15, 2024 : Visual feedback to authors from Session Chairs

• March 22, 2024 : Final presentation visuals and video uploaded to Underline site
