Information for Committee Members and Chairs

Managing Your Committee

The 2017 IEEE International Reliability Physics Symposium will be held
April 2-6, 2017 at the Hyatt Regency, Monterey, CA, USA.

Important Dates

Please plan to start the review process within your committees on 15-Oct-2016. A recommended cadence is the following:

  • Submission review start:              15-Oct-2016
  • Committee scoring due:                week of 21-Nov-2016
  • Committee wrap-up/teleconference:     week of 28-Nov-2016
  •  Monterey TPC meeting:                 8-Dec-2016 (hard date)

These are recommendations; you can adjust your own schedule as you like, or hold additional teleconferences for discussion, but remember the final program meeting on 8-Dec-2016 in Monterey is a hard date that is already scheduled. Please plan on attending that meeting in person, or having an alternate from your committee attend in your place. Both the chairs and vice-chairs should plan to attend if at all possible. Note that for US folks, Thanksgiving is Thursday, 24-Nov-2016, which limits available time that week (most people will have both Thursday and Friday off).
